Nestled in the heart of Mexico’s stunning Baja Wine Country, Hacienda Eco-Domes is a luxury boutique BnB offering a truly one-of-a-kind stay in Valle de Guadalupe.
Our property features four handcrafted casitas, each built using the sustainable earthbag technique—utilizing plastic bags and locally sourced earth to create eco-friendly, beautifully rustic accommodations.
Hacienda Eco-Domes began as a personal dream for Charles and Betty, who purchased the raw land in 2007 and began construction in 2012.

A Unique and Peaceful Stay at Eco-Domes Hotel
We stayed at Eco-Domes Hotel for a weekend getaway from Los Angeles, and it was a truly unique experience. My wife, Emily, and I visited from March 15-17, 2024, looking for a quiet and nature-focused escape in Valle de Guadalupe, and we were not disappointed.
The domes are beautifully designed, blending into the natural landscape while offering comfort and privacy. Inside, they are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a cozy atmosphere. At night, the view of the stars through the skylight was absolutely magical.
One of the highlights was the peacefulness of the location—away from the noise, surrounded by nature, yet still close enough to the main wineries and restaurants. In the mornings, we enjoyed the fresh air and the sounds of birds while having coffee on the private terrace.
Our host, Betty, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She provided great recommendations for wineries and local spots to visit, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
Overall, Eco-Domes Hotel is a perfect place for couples looking for a unique, off-the-grid experience in Valle de Guadalupe. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return soon!
